Trying to Find Your Passion is Derailing Your Career

In episode #o18 of the podcast, I share how trying to find your passion is holding you back in your career, a bit of my own journey to passion, and what to do instead of trying to find your passion.

A common phrase people either tell themselves or hear often from others when they're trying to transition careers is find your passion.

Listen until the end to find out.

What else is covered:

  • The difference between passion and purpose
  • The seed analogy to unlocking passion
  • The importance of identifying your interests
  • How your values and skills intersect with your interests
