By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Products, or Services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Conditions as well as our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply, and are you are required to act in accordance with them. Accessing, purchasing, or using our Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, in any manner constitutes use of the Program, Products, Services, and Program Materials, and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.
All of our Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to any Program, Product, Service, or Program Materials by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using our Programs, Products, or Services or our Program Materials, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Earnings and Income Disclaimer:
Rem Careers LLC (“Company”) cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results, find a job, or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of testimonials and concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer, therapist, or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your career or finances. 3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
There are absolutely no refunds for our products and services. If you are unsure if a product or service is for you, read through our testimonials and/or send us an email with any questions to hello@hercareerdoctor.com.
4. Payments and Payment Plans
The investment for Rem Careers LLC programs and products vary. You agree to pay the full amount indicated on the checkout page. If you’re unclear about the payment terms at the time of purchase, email hello@hercareerdoctor.com for clarification. You will receive a receipt upon purchase.
5. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use Rem Careers LLC services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Rem Careers LLC may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
5.1 Access to Previous Purchases
As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring access to Rem Careers LLC trainings, you may download previously acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some Rem Careers LLC training or services that you previously acquired access to may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Rem Careers LLC shall have no liability to you in such event.
As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
Rem Careers LLC reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date. For any “lifetime access” purchase, the lifetime of the offer is dependent on the lifespan in which we are selling the product.
6. Social Media Groups and Communities
Many of our communities are designated for clients only. You will have access to a private community (primarily on Circle) based on your enrollment or investment in a specific program.
We do not condone or allow any form of racism, homophobia, bullying, or bigotry of any kind in our groups. If we feel like you are a threat to our members, you will be removed from the group immediately with no warning.
We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines for our free group outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.
1. Respectful Language
Use respectful language in all your communications with group members and coaches. We believe that if you give respect, you will get it back. Being kind doesn’t cost you anything.
Professional women of all industries are welcome here: We have members of all skill and experience levels, from entry-level employees to c-suite executives.
2. Messaging Etiquette
Do not directly message another member unless they have indicated they want to be an accountability partner or network contact on their profile. Even then, it’s respectful to post in the group first and ask for permission to DM. This keeps communication transparent and community-focused.
3. Ask & Give Back
If someone posts a question or needs advice, take a moment to respond and provide your feedback or support. This promotes a healthy, active community where everyone feels supported. The more you give, the more you—and everyone else—will get out of this experience.
4. Keep it Respectful
Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.
Our Values are: Provide Value, Prioritize Integrity, and Progress Together – check all your communication against these values.
5. Respect Confidentiality
Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
6. Report Posts that Violate Community Guidelines
Due to the amount of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manager directly via private message so our team can review it.
7. Accountability Process
When our values or etiquette guidelines are breached, we follow a process that encourages growth and understanding. If someone violates the community standards…
- We will start by directing you to the values and culture space for review again.
- If a second violation occurs, we will contact you via email and circle DM once and provide clear feedback to ensure the values of respect, honesty, and collaboration are upheld.
- If there is a third violation, you will be removed from the program without a refund.
7. Data Policy & Safety
We represent and warrant that we process any collected personal data in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. For details on how we collect, store, process and protect personal data please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Hercareerdoctor.com collects user data ranging from personal data to data from social networks to track results of advertisement. Examples data we may collect on our users:
Personal picture: Hercareerdoctor.com collects the avatar (or gravatar) used via Disqus to be used as a personal picture of the user.
Hercareerdoctor.com may collect the birthday, gender, country, and city of the user to track personal information and demographics for advertising and marketing purposes.
Hercareerdoctor.com stores the email address to send emails such as advertisement offers or messages to the user. However, Hercareerdoctor.com does not share email addresses to third parties without consent.
8. Scope of Service
When you purchase any of our products or services, you are informed of the scope of service for the specific product or service, including the length of access to coaching, curriculum, materials, and resources. The Coach may schedule (6 weeks) vacation per 6-month period where they will not be available on the program platform or for any coaching calls. The Coach may hire Support Coaches to deliver Coaching at any time.
All products or services must be utilized during the initially agreed upon or marketed length of service. Any additional services provided by the Company to the Client may require additional fees to be discussed and agreed upon by the parties. Additional services may require the signing of a separate agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this website and any Rem Careers LLC sites are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Rem Careers LLC, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. Rem Careers is a U.S. registered trademark of Rem Careers LLC.
Our Limited License to You. This Website and its Content is property solely owned by us and/or our affiliates or licensors, unless otherwise noted, and it is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
If you view, purchase or access our Website or any of its Content, you will be considered our Licensee. For the avoidance of doubt, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only, limited to you only.
