Imposter Syndrome Workshop TEga EDwin

You’re Here Because…

Imposter Syndrome Workshop Tega Edwin

You’re a high-achieving, highly educated, high-performing woman who still feels like you need to do “more” to “earn” your place in your career, life or business. Even though you have all the qualifications, experiences, or accolades, you secretly believe you’re barely competent and often attribute your successes to luck or a fluke.

You want to advance in your career or pivot into a new role but you don’t believe you have the skills or competence to be successful doing anything other than what you’ve been doing… even though your accolades, credentials, and accomplishments say otherwise.

You’re Finally Ready To…

  • Own your brilliance and comfortably shine at work without constant fear of being “found out”.
  • Step into the purposeful, impactful, and powerful woman you know you can be in your career & life.
  • Stop doubting every accomplishment you earn and the value you add to your teams and organizations.
  • Stop feeling like a fraud and start trusting your intelligence, skills, and the value you bring to an organization.

It's not always all "in your head".

Research shows that 70% of professional women experience Imposter Syndrome at some point in their career.

But let’s be real, some of the imposter feelings you struggle with have been exacerbated by systems and environments that were built to keep women, especially women of color, constantly doubting themselves. Systems that make you feel undervalued, unseen, and unfulfilled.

Your imposter feelings have kept you from sharing your brilliant ideas at work. They’ve kept you from connecting with colleagues and asking for support for fear of being seen as not good enough. They’ve kept you from being able to learn from mistakes because you just feel like a failure when you do make mistakes.

Your imposter feelings have left you stuck in a cycle of chasing perfectionism which keeps you from taking a chance or risks that could lead to career joy and fulfillment.

You KNOW that once you can silence or manage that nagging voice that makes you question every. single. opportunity or accomplishment, you would be making more impact, feeling more confident, and giving other women permission to shine when you shine at work.

It’s time to stop doubting yourself, your skills, and your abilities and learn strategies to help you identify when the “imposter” voice is self-imposed or society-imposed and how to navigate both of those.
